Sunnundalu/Urad dal ladoos


Urad dal-1 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Elaichi powder/cardamom powder-1tsp
Ghee-1/4 cup(Approx)

Method of preparation

1)Take a pan and dry roast urad dal without any oil/ghee till light brown.
2)Blend the urad dal to fine powder in a blender and keep aside.
3)Blend the sugar to fine powder.
4)Take a bowl add urad dal powder,sugar powder,Elaichi powder,ghee and mix well.
5)Make ladoos from it.If you cant make out ladoos from it add some more ghee and try to shape them.
