Pesarattu upma/Greengram dosa


Pesalu/whole green gram -1 cup
Ginger-a small piece
onion-1 small
green chillies-2

Method of preparation

1)Soak green gram/pesalu overnight.Blend them along with ginger,green chillies and salt.
2)Heat the dosa tawa and grease it with some oil.Take a laddle full of batter drop it on tawa.Spread it in circular motions to make dosa.Drizzle few drops of oil on the edges of dosa.
3)Sprinkle some chopped onions on it.
4)Serve it with upma and ginger chutney.
