Cauliflower florets-2 cups
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Method of preparation
1)Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,red chilli,urad dal,chana dal,turmeric and curry leaves.
2)Add chopped onions to it and fry till they are light brown.Add 1tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
3)Add cauliflower florets and fry till they are cooked well.
4)Add salt,redchilli powder and coriander powder and fry for 1 more minute.
5)Garnish with coriander leaves.
