Method of preparation
1)Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.Add crushed red chillies,jeera,chana dal,urad dal,mustard seeds,turmeic,curry leaves and fry till dals are light brown. 2)Turn off the heat add finely grated carrot,salt and lemon juice. 3)Serve it with hot rice or roti.
