Semiya Kesari



Ingredients

Semiya/Vermicelli-1 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Elaichi/cardamon powder-1tsp
Water-2.5 cups
Cashews-5
Raisins-5
Ghee-2tsp

Method of preparation

1)Heat 2tsp of ghee in a pan fry raisins and cashews till golden brown and keep aside.
2)Add semiya to the same ghee and fry till golden brown and keep aside.
3)Take another pan add water and sugar to it.Stir till sugar dissolves.Add semiya to it.Cook till the semiya is soft.
4)Add elaichi/cardamon powder and roasted cashews,raisins to it.
