Ravva(sooji) Punugulu


Sooji/Upma ravva-2 cups
Curd-1.5 cups
onion-1 Big
Green chillies-3

Method of Preparation

1)Mix curd and sooji/ravva and leave it for 30 minutes.The batter should be thick.
2)Add salt,finely chopped onions,green chillies and mix well.
3)Heat a deep bottomed pan and add oil to deep fry.
4)Make small balls from the batter and gently drop in to the oil.Fry till golden brown.
5)This tatses good with Tomato peanut chutney.
