Papaya chopped-2cups Milk-1 cup Sugar-1 cup Elaichi/Cardamon powder-1.5tsp cashews and raisins-5 each Ghee-3tsp
Method of preparation
1)Blend 1.5 cups papaya in to paste. 2)Heat 3tsp of ghee in a pan fry cashews and raisins till cashews are golden brown.Add blended papaya paste and remaining 1/2 cup finely chopped papaya pieces to it and fry for 5-8 minutes. 3)Add milk and sugar to it and stir well till it becomes thick paste. 4)Add cardamon powder and stir it.
