Egg Masala Fry


Onion-1 small
Green chillies-4
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Turmeric-a pinch
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Urad dal-1tsp
Chana dal-1tsp
Curry leaves

Method of preparation

1)Boil the eggs remove the shell and keep aside.
2)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal.When mustard seeds start to splutter add chopped onions,green chillies,turmeric,curry leaves.
3)When the onions are light brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 more minute.Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and mix well.
4)Finally add the eggs and fry for 3 more minutes.
5)Serve it with hot rice.
