Egg Fried Rice



Ingredients

Cooked rice-1 cup
Eggs-2
veggies(Carrots,Peas,beans)-1 cup
Ajinomoto-1/4tsp
Pepper-2tsp
Tomato Ketchup-1tsp
Green chillies-4
spring onions-3
Soy sauce-1tsp
Vinegar-1tsp
cloves-2
cinnamon stick-1 inch
coriander leaves
Salt
oil

Method of preparation

1)Microwave the veggies for 5 minutes and keep aside.
2)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan.Add cloves,cinnamon,green chillies,veggies and cook for 5 minutes.
3)Add the salt,pepper,ajinomoto,tomato ketchup,vinegar,soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
4)Beat eggs in to it and stir well.Add the cooked rice to it mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
