Chopped Broccoli-2 cups Crushed garlic-2 pods Onion-1 Red chilli powder-1 tsp Red chilli-1 Mustard seeds - 1tsp Urad dal-1tsp Chana dal-1tsp Turmeric-a pinch curry leaves salt oil
Method of preparation
1)Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,red chilli,urad dal,chana dal,turmeric,curry leaves,crushed garlic. 2)Add chopped onions to it and fry till they are light brown. 3)Add broccoli and fry for 5 to 10 minutes till it is cooked well. 4)Add salt,redchilli powder and fry for 1 more minute. 5)Serve it with hot rice.
