Urad Dal/Minapappu-1 cup Rice-2 cups Tomatoes-2 Big Salt Oil
Method of preparation
1)Soak urad dal and rice separately for 6 hours. 2)Blend them in to smooth batter.Ferment the batter overnight. 3)Take a tsp of oil in a pan add chopped tomatoes to it.Cook for 10 minutes.Let it cool and make puree from it. 4)Add the puree and salt to the batter. 5)Heat the dosa tawa and grease it with some oil.Take a laddle full of dosa batter drop it on tawa.Spread it in circular motions to make dosa.Drizzle few drops of oil on the edges of dosa. 6)Serve it hot with any chutney or podi.
