Method of preparation
1)Take a pan add milk to it and bring it to boil.Add lemon juice and turnoff the heat.Milk starts curldling.
2)Take a cheese cloth dump the curdled milk and run cold water for a minute.Squeeze water from it and leave it for 30 minutes by hanging the cheese cloth.
3)Knead the dough softly for 5-10 minutes.
4)Divide the dough in to small porions.
5)Make small soft balls from the dough.
6)Add 2.5 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar to a pressure cooker.stir it till the sugar dissolves and syrup gets heated.
7)Drop the balls in to the syrup and cook for 7 minutes.
8)This makes 7 rasgullas
