Plain Paratha






Ingredients

All purpose Flour-1 cup
water
Salt
oil

Method of preparation

1)Take a bowl add the flour,salt,2tsp of oil and mix well add water to it and make it a soft dough.Let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
2)Make small balls from the dough.Roll it like thin chapathi and brush oil on top of it.Fold it like step wise in and out as shown below.

3)Make the folded one in to a circle.

4)Press it with your hand and roll it like a chapathi.
5)Heat the tawa and fry the paratha adding oil drops on the edges of it.When golden brown spots appear on it turn it the other side.
6)Serve it with any spicy gravy.
