Kobbari pala payasam/Coconut Rice Pudding




Ingredients

Cooked Rice-1 cup
Coconut Milk-2 cups
Milk-1 cup
Elaichi/cardamon powder-1tsp
Sugar-1/2 cup
Jagerry-1/2 cup
Nuts
Ghee-2tsp

Method of preparation

1)Take a pan add cooked rice,milk,sugar and jagerry.Cook till the sugar and jagerry melts.
2)Add coconut milk,1tsp ghee,cardamon powder and cook for 10 more minutes.
3)Heat 1tsp of ghee in a pan and fry the nuts.
4)Add nuts to the coconut payasam.
