Kadai Paneer





Ingredients

Paneer cubes-10
Capsicum-1 Big
Coriander seeds-2tsp
Turmeric-a pinch
Green chillies-2
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Coriander leaves
red color-pinch(optional)
Kasoori Methi-1tsp
salt
oil-2tsp

To Paste

Tomatoes-3 Big
Onion-1 small
Coriander seeds-2tsp
Garlic pods-5
oil-1tsp

Method of Preparation
1)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan add coriander seeds.After a minute add onions,garlic,tomatoes and cook them for 7-8 minutes.Let it cool and blend it to fine paste.

2)Cut capsicum in to cubes in the size of paneer cubes.
3)Take another pan add 2tsp of oil to it.Add coriander seeds,paneer,green chillies,capsicum cubes and fry for 2 minutes.

4)Add grounded paste,turmeric to it and cook for 5 more minutes.Add kasoori methi,red color and coriander leaves.Turn off the heat.
5)Serve it hot with rotis or any rice variety.
->Adding onion is optional...In restaurants they dont add it..
