Method of preparation
1)Boil the eggs and remove the shell.Make small cuts with knife and keep aside. 2)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal.When mustard seeds start to splutter add chopped onions,green chillies,turmeric,curry leaves. 3))When the onions are light brown add salt,red chilli powder and fry for a minute. 4)Add milk and eggs to the onion gravy.Cook till milk evaporates. 5)Serve it with hot rice.
