Perugu Attu/Curd Dosa


Curd-3.5 cups
Sooji/Upma ravva-1.5 cups
onion-1 small
Green chillies-4
Buttermilk-1 cup

Method of Preparation

1)Mix curd and sooji/ravva and leave it overnight.
2)Add salt to it before making dosa.
3)Finely chop onions and green chillies.
4)Add some buttermilk to dosa batter if it is very thick.The consistency of batter should be a bit thick than our regular dosas.
5)Heat the dosa tawa and grease it with some oi.Take a laddle full of dosa batter drop it on tawa.Spread it in circular motions to make dosa.

6)Drizzle few drops of oil on the edges of dosa.Sprinkle some chopped onions and green chillies on the top.

7)When the surface of dosa is nice brown color fold it and take it in to a serving plate.
->serve it hot with any chutney.
