Cilantro Raitha/kothimeera perugu pachadi


Curd-1 cup
Cilantro leaves-1/4 cup
Onions chopped-1/4 cup
Green chillies chopped-2

Method of preparation

1)Beat the curd in to smooth paste.
2)Blend the cilantro/coriander leaves along with stems in to smooth paste.
3)Mix cilantro paste,salt,onions,green chillies with curd.
4)Sprinkle some coriander leaves on the top.
->Serve it with any spicy rice like biryani..
