Skinless Boneless chicken Breasts-2
All purpose flour-1/2 cup
Bread crumbs(seasoned)-1/2 cup
Oil-To deep fry
Method of preparation
1)Cut the chicken breast in to pieces and blend them or you can finely chop the chicken.
2)Add salt,pepper to chicken and make small round balls.
3)Beat egg in a bowl and keep aside.
4)Spread bread crumbs in a plate.I used italian seasoned bread crumbs.It contained parsley and cheese.You can use plain bread crumbs too.
5)Take another plate and spread all purpose flour.I added a tsp of cornflour.Its not added in original recipe.
6)Take the chicken balls roll it on all purpose flour,dip it in egg mixture and finally roll it in bread crumbs.Press it to nugget shape and keep aside.
7)Take a kadai and add oil to it.When it is hot add the nuggets and deep fry them till golden brown.
->You can bake them in oven if you count for calories.
