I cooked this recipe from Indiras mahanandi.I modified the recipe a bit.
Roasted Peanuts-1/2 cup
Roasted Sesame seeds-3tsp
Cinnamon -1 small stck
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Method of Preparation
1)Grind roasted peanuts,roasted sesame seeds,coconut in to paste.
2)Cut the capsicum in to small cubes.
3)Heat oil in a pan add cloves,cinnamon,jeera,chopped onions,jeera,capsicum cubes,turmeric and fry till onions are light brown.
4)Add chopped tomato and cook for 4 minutes.
5)Add the ground paste and half cup water.After the gravy thickens add red chilli powder,salt and sugar.
6)Serve it hot with rice or rotis.
