I had some ripen bananas lying down on the counter top.So thought of using them..I got this recipe from some website.I substituted butter with oil and vanilla flavor with cardamon powder.
All purpose Flour/Maida-1.5 cups
Method of Preparation
1)Peel bananas and make them paste.
2)Add beaten eggs to banana paste.Add oil,sugar,cardamon powder and beat again.
3)Add flour slowly to batter and beat it continuously.
4)Add soda to batter and mix well.
5)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
6)Grease baking pan with oil or butter.Add cake batter to it.
7)Bake it for 20-25 minutes.Use a toothpick or knife to check if its done.It should come out clear.
