Vegetable Cutlet


Potatoes-1 cup
Beans,carrots,peas-1 cup
Coriander powder-2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
red chilli powder-1tsp
green chillies chopped-2tsp
coriander leaves
lemon juice-2tsp
bread crumbs

Method of preparation

1)Boil the potatoes and mash them.Boil beans,peas,carrots and mash them.
2)Take a pan add oil to it.when it is hot add the green chillies,ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.Add the potatoes,veggies and fry for 5 minutes.Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.keep it aside and let it cool.
3)Make small patties with the mixture and roll them in bread crumbs.
4)Take another pan shallow fry the cutlets on both sides.
5)Serve them hot with ketchup.
