1)Wash the toor dal and keep aside. 2)Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. 3)Take a pressure cooker add toor dal,mangoes,chopped tomatoes,shallots,green chillies,turmeric,tamarind pulp,salt and 4 cups of water and cook till 3 whistles. 4)Heat a tsp of ghee in other pan and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,garlic pods,curry leaves. 5)Serve it hot with rice.
