Mamadikaya pulihora


Cooked rice-2 cups
Raw mango-1
Green chillies-4
Ginger chopped-4 tsp
Peanuts-1/4 cup
Chana dal-1/4 cup
urad dal-2tsp
Mustard seeds-2tsp
Curry leaves
coriander leaves

Method of preparation

1)Grate the mango and keep it aside.
2)Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal,peanuts,green chillies,ginger and roast them till the dals are light brown.
3)Add turmeric,curry leaves,salt and rice to it.
4)Add the grated mango and mix well .I also added finely chopped mango pieces to it.
