Maida Biscuits





Ingredients

Maida-1 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Ghee-2tsp
Water
oil

Method of preparation

1)Powder the sugar in the blender.
2)Take a bowl add maida,powdered sugar,ghee,water and knead it in to a soft dough.
3)Divide the dough in to small portions.Roll it thin like poori.Use a bottlecap and cut in to small circles.
4)Heat oil in kadai to deep fry.
5)when the oil is hot drop these gently and fry till golden brown.
