Maida/All purpose flour-1cup
Method of preparation
1)Take a bowl add maida,3tsp ghee,baking soda to it mix well.Add some water and make a dough like poori.
2)Roll it in to a big chapati.
3)Brush ghee on it and sprinkle rice flour lightly and dust the chapathi.
4)Roll it in like a mat and cut it in to pieces length wise and press them with rolling stone horizontally little bit.
5)Take a pan add sugar,water,elaichi powder and bring it to one string consistency.
6)Take another pan add oil to deep fry.Gently drop the kajas in to medium hot oil and fry till golden brown.
7)Add the fried kajas to sugar syrup and soak them for 10 minutes.
