Instant Gongura Pachadi


Gongura leaves/Red sorrel leaves-3 bunches
Green chillies-5
Onion-1 small
Garlic pods-2
Turmeric - a pinch

For seasoning

Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Urad dal-1tsp
Chana dal-1tsp
coriander seeds-3tsp

Method of preparation

1)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan.When it is hot add turmeric,green chillies and fry for a minute.
2)Add gongura leaves to it and cook it on sim till it is soft and cooked completely.
3)Add garlic pods,salt and grind it in to a smooth paste.
4)Take another pan heat 1tsp of oil and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,coriander seeds.
5)Chop onions finely and add them raw to the pachadi.
6)Serve it hot with rice.
