Tamarind pulp(thin)-1/2 cup
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Method of Preparation
1)Boil the eggs.Remove the shell and keep aside.
2)Take a pan add 1tsp of oil to it.When it is hot add the seasoning mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,jeera.
3)When mustard starts splutter add chopped onions,green chillies,turmeric and curry leaves.
4)When the onions are golden brown add the tamarind pulp,1 cup water and bring it to boil.
5)Add red chilli powder,salt,boiled eggs and cook for 10 more minutes.
6)Serve it hot with rice.I used black tamarind so the dish is darker in color.
