Guddu junnu kura


Green chillies-3
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric-a pinch
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

1)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan.Add chopped onions,green chillies,turmeric to it.
2)When the onions are light brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 more minute.
3)Add coriander powder,garam masala,salt,red chilli powder an fry for a minute.
4)Spread the onion mixture evenly in the pan and beat eggs in it and leave them without scrambling.
5)Add chopped coriander leaves and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.Cut them in to pieces with a knife and turn them upside down and cook for 5 more minutes.
6)Serve it with rice.It sounds a bit like omelet but tastes different.
