Ginger potato curry


Boiled potatoes-4
Onion-1 Big
Ginger green chillies paste-4tsp
Mustard seeds-1tsp
urad dal-1tsp
coriander leaves

Method of preparation

1)Cut the boiled potatoes in to big pieces.
2)Take a pan add oil to it.When it is hot add the mustard seeds,urad dal,chopped onions,turmeric and fry till onions are light brown.
3)Add the ginger green chilli paste an fry for a minute.
4)Add potatos,salt to it and fry for 6 minutes.
5)Add the coriander leaves to it.
