Chicken pieces-1 lb
Ginger chopped-2 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Method of preparation
1)Wash the chicken pieces and cut them in to small pieces.Marinate the chicken with ginger paste,pepper,salt,cornflour,ajjnomoto for 30 minutes.
2)Heat 2tsp of oil in a pan and onions and fry till golden brown add the marinated chicken and cook it till the water from chicken is evaporated.
3)Make a paste of greenchillies,ginger,coriander leaves in a blender.
4)Add the ground paste to chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
5)Add the garam masala,coriander powder and pepper powder.
6)Garnish with coriander leaves.
