Cinnamon stick-1 small
Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Method of preparation
1)Wash the chicken and cut it in to small pieces.Add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt,1tsp ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
2)Heat 2tsp of oil in a pan.When it is hot add cloves,cinnamon,chopped onions,green chillies and fry till the onions are light brown.
3)Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 more minute.Add the chicken pieces and cook it covered for 5 minutes.
4)Add coriander powder,jeera powder,garam masala powder and cook it till the chicken is well cooked.
5)Garnish with coriander leaves.This goes well with rice and rotis.
