Boneless chicken- 1 lb
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
green chillies chopped-1
tomato sauce-1 tsp
red colour-a pinch(optional)
spring onions-2 strings
Method of preparation
1)Wash and cut chicken in to small pieces.
2)Take a bowl add chicken,maida,cornflour,salt,ginger garlic paste,pepper,ajjnomoto,egg and mix well.
2)Heat oil in deep bottom pan deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
3)Take a pan and heat 2tsp oil.Add chopped onions,green chillies,curry leaves,chopped ginger garlic,pepper and fry for three minutes.Add soy sauce,tomato sauce,salt,red colour to it and finally add the fried chicken and stir for a while.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
