Carrot Tomato Curry


Tomato-1 Big
Green chillies-3
Coriander powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
cinnamon stick-1 small
Red chilli powder-1tsp
turmeric-a pinch
coriander leaves

Method of preparation

1)Wash and peel the carrots.Microwave them for 3 minutes and cut them in to small pieces.
2)Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan add cloves,cinnamon,turmeric.Add the chopped onions,green chillies and fry them till onions are light brown.
3)Add chopped tomato and fry for 3 minutes.Add carrots to it and cook till carrots are cooked completely.You can add some water if you want gravy.
4)Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,salt and stir for 2 minutes.
5)Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
6)Serve it with hot rice or rotis.
