carrots-1 lb Milk-2 cups Ghee-3tsp Sugar-1 cup Cardamon powder-1tsp
Method of preparation
1)Grate the carrots and keep aside. 2)Boil the milk in microwave for 15 minutes stirring between every 5 minutes. 3)Heat ghee in a pan fry grated carrots for 10 minutes.Add the milk to itand stir it till the milk is evaporated. 4)Add sugar,cardamon powder to it and stir till the halwa becomes thick and starts leaving the pan. 5)You can add cashews and raisins fried in ghee to it.I didnt.
