Carrot fry



Ingredients

Carrots-8
garlic pods-3
urad dal-1tsp
chana dal-1tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
turmeric-a pinch
red chilli powder-1tsp
salt
oil

Method of preparation

1)Peel the carrots and microwave them for 5-6 minutes.
2)Cut them in to small pieces and keep aside.
3)Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan.Add the urad dal,turmeric,chana dal,mustard seeds,chopped garlic.Add the carrot pieces when mustardseeds starts to splutter.
4)Fry them for 5 minutes till the carrots are completely cooked.
5)Add the salt,red chilli powder to it and cook for 2 more minutes.
6)Serve it with rice.
