Biyyampindi pakodi/Riceflour pakodis



Ingredients

Riceflour/Biyyam pindi-1 cup
Onion-1
jeera-2tsp
green chillies-4
Ginger chopped-1tsp
curry leaves
coriander leaves chopped
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Baking soda-a pinch
salt
oil

Method of preparation

1)Chop onions and green chillies finely.Take a bowl add rice flour,chopped onions,greenchillis,ginger,jeera,salt,red chilli powder,curry leaves,coriander leaves,baking soda and mix them well.
2)Add water and mix them to pakodi consistency.
3)Heat oil in a pan gently drop the paste in to it like small pakodis and fry them till golden brown.
4)Serve them hot with any chutney or ketchup.
