Green chillies-3 small
Ginger garlic crushed-2tsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Method of preparation
1)Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,turmeric,curry leaves.
2)Add chopped onions,green chillies and fry till the onions are golden brown.
3)Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 more minute.Add chopped tomatoes to it and fry till it is well cooked.
4)Add okras and fry till they are soft.
5)Add coriander powder,jeera powder,garam masala and fry for 1 minute.
6)Add salt and red chilli powder fry for 30 seconds and turn off the heat.
7)Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
