1)Cut bendis/okras in to small pieces and keep them aside. 2)Take a pan heat 1tsp of oil.Add green chillies and fry for 1 minute. 3)Add cut bendis to it and fry till it is soft.Add garlic pods,jeera,salt and turn off the heat.Add tamarind pulp to it. 4)Blend it in mixer in to a coarse paste. 5)Heat a tsp of oil in other pan and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,turmeric,curry leaves. 6)serve it with hot rice.
