1)Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.Fry the redchillies and ginger.Fry the ginger pieces for 5 minutes. 2)Blend the red chillies,ginger,jagerry,tamarind pulp,salt to a thick paste. 3)Heat a tsp of oil in other pan and do the seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,turmeric,curry leaves. 4)Serve it with idlis,dosas and rice. ->We specially like to have this with pesarattu and ravva dosa.
