Vegetable Biryani


Basmati rice-3 cups
Fried onion-1 cup
green chillies-2
Boiled veggies(caulifower,beans,peas,carrots,potatoes)
biryani masala-3 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
garam masala-2 tsp
soy chunks(boiled)-1/2 cup
bay leaf
cloves,cardamon
curd-1/2 cup
mint
coriander leaves
salt
oil

Method of preparation

1)Boil water and add basmati rice,jeera,oil,salt.Cook it till half done and drain the excess water.
2)Heat some oil in a pan add cloves,cardamon,bayleaf,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,veggies,soy chunks,fried onions,curd,biryani masala, garam masala,salt, mint leaves,coriander leaves and cook for a while.
3)Take a big pan and layer the gravy,rice alternatively one above other and cook in low flame for 20 minutes.Add some fried onions,food color on the top.
4)After it is done add some coriander leaves and lemon juice.
5)serve with raita.
