Pachi pulusu


green chillies-2
red chilli powder-1 tsp
tamarind pulp-5tsp
coriander leaves
salt-to taste

For tempering

Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
curry leaves
oil-1 tsp

Method of preparation

1)Take a bowl add chopped onions,green chillies,red chilli powder,tamarind pulp and mix well.
2)Heat some oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds,Urad dal,Chana dal,curry leaves.
3)Add the tempering to the pachi pulusu bowl.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
