Eggs in tomato gravy


Boiled eggs-3
green chilly-1
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
tamarind pulp-1 tsp
turmeric-a pinch
red chilli powder-1 tsp
coriander leaves
salt-to taste

For tempering

Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
curry leaves
oil-2 tsp

Method of preparation

1)Heat oil in a kadai and add Mustard seeds,Urad dal,Chana dal.After mustard seeds start pops and dals are golden brown add chopped onions,green chillies,curry leaves and turmeric.
2)Fry the onions till golden brown and add ginger garlic paste.Fry for a minute and add tomatoes.Cook till the oil starts coming out.
3)Add the tamarind pulp,salt,red chilli powder and some water.
4)Cook for 5 minutes and add the boiled eggs.Garnish with coriander leaves.
