chikudikaya fry


Ingredients

chikudikaya/broad beans-20
turmeric-a pinch
red chilli powder-1 tsp
salt-to taste

For tempering

Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
curry leaves
oil-2 tsp

Method of preparation

1)Boil the chikudikayalu with some salt and keep aside.
2)Take a pan add some oil.When its hot add mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,turmeric.When the dals are golden brown add curry leaves and chikudikayalu.
3)Add salt,red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes and switch off the stove.
->You can add crushed garlic to it.
