All purpose Flour (Maida)-1/2 cup
Corn Flour-2 tsp
Ginger garlic Paste-2 tsp
Ajinomoto -1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce-2 tsp
chopped ginger,garlic - 2tsp
red color-a pinch
Method of preparation
1)Wash the cauliflower and cut in to small florets.Take them in a bowl and add maida,cornflour,ginger garlic paste,ajinomoto,pepper,red color,salt and mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
2)Heat some oil in a wok and deep fry the marinated cauliflower florets and keep aside.
3)Take a pan and heat 2 tsp of oil.Add the chopped onion,green chillies,chopped ginger,garlic and fry for 5 minutes.Add vinegar,soy sauce,salt to it and cook for a minute.add the florets to it and toss them well.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
