Babycorn Manchuria


Babycorn - 1 can
onion-1 small
green chillies chopped-1
maida-3tsp
cornflour-1tsp
vinegar-1tsp
ajjnomoto-a pinch
soy sauce-1tsp
tomato sauce-1 tsp
pepper-1tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
chopped ginger,garlic-1tsp
salt
red colour-a pinch(optional)
curry leaves
coriander leaves
oil

Method of preparation
1)Take a bowl add baby corn,maida,cornflour,salt,ginger garlic paste,pepper,ajjnomoto and mix well.
2)Heat oil in wok and deep fry the baby corn and keep aside.
3)Take a pan and heat 2tsp oil.Add chopped onions,curry leaves,ginger garlic,green chillies,pepper and fry for 2 minutes.Add soy sauce,vinegar,tomato sauce,salt,red colour to it and finally add the fried babycorn andstir for a while.
4)Garnish with coriander leaves.
