semiya/vermicelli-2 cups onion-1 small green chillies-2 ginger chopped-1 tsp curry leaves urad dal-1tsp chana dal-1tsp mustard seeds-1tsp green peas-1/4 cup peanuts-1/4 cup ghee-2tsp water- 2 1/2 cups
Method of preparation
1)Take 1tsp of ghee in a pan and rost the semiya for 5 minutes and keep it aside. 2)Take 1tsp of ghee in another pan and add urad dal,chana dal,mustard seeds.After mustard seeds start pops add the chopped onion,ginger,green chillies,curry leaves. 3)After onions are light brown add the green peas and peanuts and fry them. 4)Add water to it and bring it to boil. 5)Finally add vermicelli and salt to it.Cook till it is done.
