Potatoes-5 onion-1 small green chillies-2 ginger paste-1tsp turmeric red chilli powder jeera mustard seeds coriander leaves salt oil
Method of preparation
1)Boil the potatoes,remove the skin and cut them in to small pieces. 2)Heat some oil in a pan add jeera, mustard seeds.Add chopped onions,green chillies,turmeric. 3)When the onions are light brown add the ginger paste and fry for a minute. 4)Add potatoes,salt,red chilli powder and stir for a while. 5)Finally add some coriander leaves.
